Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun - Adults Only Hotel Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

We had an amazing vacation at Secrets Maroma! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure our experience was top-notch. The rooms were spacious and very clean with lovely furnishings, but the noise from outside could be a bit distracting at times. The dining options were delightful, especially the corn cream soup, though the breakfast buffet didn't quite live up to our expectations. Overall, we loved the beach and pool atmosphere, but the occasional noise issue was a downside.

Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The food was a highlight, with fantastic meals enjoyed during my visit. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but the service could be inconsistent, especially around the pool. I appreciated the amenities but felt that some aspects, like the cocktail quality and some service elements, could use improvement.
