We had an amazing vacation at Secrets Maroma! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure our experience was top-notch. The rooms were spacious and very clean with lovely furnishings, but the noise from outside could be a bit distracting at times. The dining options were delightful, especially the corn cream soup, though the breakfast buffet didn't quite live up to our expectations. Overall, we loved the beach and pool atmosphere, but the occasional noise issue was a downside.
Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The food was a highlight, with fantastic meals enjoyed during my visit. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but the service could be inconsistent, especially around the pool. I appreciated the amenities but felt that some aspects, like the cocktail quality and some service elements, could use improvement.

The rooms were immaculate, and a special mention goes to our concierge Mariano for his attentive care during our stay. The resort offers delightful daytime activities and memorable evening entertainment, though more variety in nighttime events would be appreciated.
We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! The grounds were simply stunning, and our room was luxurious and perfectly maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While the food was generally good, there were a couple of dining experiences that didn’t quite meet our expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic value for money, especially considering the excellent service and beautiful beach access.
